Storage of the LPG cylinder in a Purivox device

Liquified petroleum gas (LPG), this is the type of gas that the Purivox airport bird control gas cannons are using to generat the loud bang. Purivox is using LPG due the fact that LPG is a very safe gas. In each Purivox airport bird control device is a LPG gas cylinder installed. The standard size is therfore a 11kg LPG gas cylinder which can generate approximatly 20.000 shots/bangs from one 11kg LPG gas cylinder.

Due the fact that a 11kg LPG gas cylinder can be used for up to 20.000 shots, the LPG gas cylinder has to be replaced/refilled once in a year.
The devices Purivox DA-RC System and Purivox TA-RC System requires a LPG gas cylinder which can be used in a lying position. Alternativly a standard gas cylinder can be used which volume is reduced to at least 75%.

The picture to the left shows the gas regulator with the KLF-Connector.
